The heat rows are the most coherent part of the file because they repeat across different types of material. The complaint also reportedly alleges that an 11-year-old boy suffered third-degree burns, infection, scarring, and about four months of treatment after a microwaved toy burst. Its theory includes a thermal-insulator allegation: the polymer shell can feel cool while gel inside has overheated. That theory tracks the thermal mechanism seen elsewhere in the record, but it remains a pleading allegation. [11][12]
